Our ccount Executive will play a key support role within a specific client services team, including providing day-to-day tactical support on assigned accounts and delivering projects in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. 


As our Account Executive, in partnership with your Team, you will serve as a point of contact between the client and internal operations and you will be responsible for supporting the success of projects and the client service team. To succeed in this role, you will have some advertising agency experience, with a strong project management focus in your previous roles, which will enable you to pull through the high volume of deliverables, and easily multi-task.




People leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of your teams. You will demonstrate the following skills and abilities when achieving your results:

  • Responsible for day-to-day tasks and project plan documentation, including status reports, contact reports, etc.
  • Collaborate well with senior client service staff and project management team on financial management and project reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain client relationships at equivalent client level
  • Identify possible red flags in projects and alert team accordingly
  • Attend internal meetings with Client Services, Project Management, and other key personnel to discuss project status, etc, as needed
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality control of client materials and, as appropriate, develops best practices protocols for project teams to facilitate high quality
  • Work within and manage to assigned and budgeted labor hours by job and position level, to ensure job profitability
  • All other responsibilities as assigned

  • Education (i.e. degree required)
    • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience and/or Training (i.e. the kind of skills and knowledge and number of years required)
    • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
    • a natural love of science and passion for healthcare
  • Licenses/Certificates (e.g. trade certificates, driver’s licenses, professional certifications, etc. required)
    • N/A
  • Technology/Equipment (if applicable, the proficiencies required to perform the job)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook


  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, healthcare, pharmacy, or related subject is preferred
  • Experience and/or Training (i.e. the kind of skills and knowledge and number of years required)
    • Agency or relevant work experience is preferred
    • Demonstrates knowledge of the therapeutic areas, science, markets, and products for all assigned accounts
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and has ability to manage expectations effectively
  • Technology/Equipment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
