    EVERSANA ENGAGE is hiring for an Account Supervisor/ Group Account Supervisor. ENGAGE is a full-solution healthcare marketing agency uniquely designed to help pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies cohesively reach patients, providers and payers to enhance the patient experience and improve outcomes. 


    The Account Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day account workload and execution of strategic objectives. The Account Supervisor drives the daily activities of the project independently, communicates with internal cross-functional team members and agency partners, and proactively manages scope changes and timeline inhibitors.

    The Account Supervisor is responsible for implementing projects in such a way as to ensure the success and profitability of all projects assigned.

    Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:


    • Serves as the primary client contact – issuing client contact reports, writing conference reports and phone confirmations, reviewing all rounds of a project in PHQ prior to client review
    • Works directly with the junior level client services team members and offers support and mentoriship
    • Identifies tactical opportunities that are consistent with the strategic objectives
    • Stays current with client's product, market, and industry
    • Reviews and summarizes pertinent literature and competitive promotional materials for the client and agency team
    • Understands and supports strategic recommendations and creative executions
    • Orients new jobs, writes project briefs, secures assigned estimates, and generates studio requests
    • Ensures that all creative jobs are consistent with strategic objectives
    • Manages the billing process and budget recaps (internal and external)
    • All other duties as assigned 


    • Travel (20%)
    • Hours (Minimum 40/hours per week)

    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

    • Education 
      • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience and/or Training 
      • Marketing and Advertising Agency Experience 
      • 5-7 years of experience
    • Technology/Equipment 
      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook


    • Education
      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, healthcare, pharmacy, or related subject is preferred
    •  Experience and/or Training (i.e. the kind of skills and knowledge and number of years required)
      • Managed Markets Agency or relevant work experience is preferred
      • Demonstrates knowledge of the therapeutic areas, science, markets, and products for all assigned accounts
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and has ability to manage expectations effectively
    • Technology/Equipment
      • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
