    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:

    • Assist the Operations Supervisor in the day to day operations
    • Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources
    • Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed
    • Responsible for and oversee their respective department
    • Monitor the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures
    • Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards
    • Ensure team members are following all SOPs and meeting productivity requirements
    • Managing inventory displays

    Qualifications

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Education (i.e. degree required)
    • Experience and/or Training (i.e. the kind of skills and knowledge and number of years required)
    • Licenses/Certificates (Forklift certified
    • Technology/Equipment (if applicable, the proficiencies required to perform the job)

    The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.

     

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Environmental demands include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasking in a busy environment. Bending, squatting, pivoting and stooping may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
