We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Research Scientist, Real World Evidence, to join our Value and Evidence team. The successful candidate is an exceptional scientist, a problem solver, innovative thinker and thought leader who will lead the design, development and successful execution of health economics and outcomes research and real world evidence studies in collaboration with our clients. The Principal Research Scientist will engage with experts across our organization, optimizing EVERSANA’s value as a strategic partner with our clients. The Principal Research Scientist will also coach junior staff and serve as a mentor and leader within EVERSANA. The ideal candidate has direct and proven experience developing, designing and executing retrospective and prospective observational studies, chart review, survey studies and registries with a commitment to scientific rigor, sponsor engagement and real world evidence generation.
