    THE POSITION:

    The Implementation Manager will support Seeker Health, an EVERSANA company. The Implementation Manager is an integral part of the Seeker Health team and will collaborate with other Implementation Managers, Designers and Account Managers to develop and execute superior patient lead generated campaigns.

     

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:

    • Manage digital campaign projects designed to reach patients suffering from specific conditions
    • Develop copy to create engaging, clear and medically accurate campaigns
    • Setting up Facebook Pages
    • Creating or reviewing content calendars for Facebook Pages
    • Setting up Google and Facebook Advertising Campaigns, including development of ad text and selection of relevant images
    • Monitoring and optimizing social advertising campaigns
    • Monitor daily for adverse events and comments to Facebook Ads
    • Report on results (weekly or monthly depending on project)
    • Project Manage the campaign working with the clients on regular basis and running the Campaign kickoff calls and weekly status calls
    • All other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

    • Interested in using technology to help connect people with health needs
    • Familiar with social media (Google Ads, Facebook pages and accounts, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.) and willing to learn how to set these up and manage them
    • Excellent communications skills, written and oral, including the highest degree of politeness as we deal with patients, families, and biotech professionals
    • Basic understanding of SEO and willingness to learn how to use other technologies like squarespace, JotForms, CRM systems, etc.
    • Flexibility to work in an area that is growing and changing
    • Strong relationship and project management skills
    • Client focused individual with a commitment to achieving positive client outcomes
    • College degree desired
