    THE POSITION:

    This Account Coordinator is primarily responsible for using independent judgment in support of pharmaceutical client programs, including but not limited to launching new programs, supporting existing programs, developing and analyzing reports, managing critical deadlines, and preparing business reviews.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

      • Supports client billing, budgets, forecasts, and business reviews.
      • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports
      • Analyze reports, trends and SLAs to make recommendations to our clients
      • Works with the clients to problem solve based on trends and analysis of client reports.
      • Develop collaborative relationships across EVERSANA departments, client teams and agency partners to accomplish client goals, program rollouts, and enhancements
      • All other duties as assigned

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 2 years related experience
    • Experience in account management
    • Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Able to perform detail oriented work, and handle multiple tasks.
    • Able to analyze data and trends and draw conclusions
    • Able to lead through influence.
    • Proven, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

    Qualifications

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in account management in the healthcare industry

     

    PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

    This role requires mental alertness. The employee must regularly communicate both verbally and written; concentrate on tasks; and remember and observe details. The employee must frequently adjust to changes; handle stress and emotions; and think analytically.

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
