    THE POSITION:

    This is a full-time position where successful candidates will demonstrate the following core competencies:

    1. Leveraging deep understanding of oncology markets, payer/market access decision making, and organized systems of care (IDNs, ACOs) to bring insightful and actionable solutions to our Clients
    2. Demonstrating ability to work collaboratively and/or independently, depending upon the needs of each assignment or deliverable
    3. Being a self-starter willing to take on projects or help team members; willing to play up or play down, depending upon the need

    In the position, the candidate will lead strategic direction for sold client business regarding product and marketplace issues. Candidate will be part of the core teams as assigned, providing input and direction to internal team members and strategic consultation to the client(s) within this account. Candidate will be required to actively pursue new business opportunities with existing or new clients to ensure adequate revenue growth. Candidate will serve as a liaison within the MM&A BU, Commercial Teams, and/or other internal assignments.

     

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:

    • Dedicated support role for assigned brands, providing:
      • Strategic insight and consultation
      • Payer market and channel updates, including CMS, healthcare reform, and reimbursement
      • Co-leads (with Client Services) annual brand planning process
    • Liaison to EVERSANA SME resources including:
      • MMA KOL advisor panel
      • HSI syndicated SMEs
      • Primary and secondary research
      • Participates in internal/external planning, training, and Leads calls
    • Displays thought leadership (e.g., publishes, moderates or participates in industry panel discussions) and represents EVERSANA in external marketing activities.
    • Executes all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:

    • Travel as needed or required by the business, assume travel up to 25-30% of the time
    • Hours 40 hours minimum, achieve utilization targets as set by manager and senior leadership

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Education Bachelors degree required, masters degree in healthcare or business preferred
    • Experience and/or Training 10+ years experience in healthcare industry; oncology specific experience required; client experience preferred but not required
