    THE POSITION:

    The IT Security Program Manager is responsible for the protection of EVERSANA Information Assets and the execution of information security policy and procedure. Position encompasses establishing and managing an appropriate risk management and security operations team for EVERSANA and facilitating the establishment, testing and enforcement of appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators. The IT Security Program Manager will work closely with the IT executive staff and stakeholders in other departments to support the current infrastructure as well as develop and deploy new cost/time-effective security solutions for all aspects of EVERSANA.

     

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

    •  Establishes and manages security engineers and security operations team, leading incident response
    • Establishes and manages vulnerability management program. Schedules regular scans of known assets to identify all vulnerabilities and track remediation.
    • Determines if newly released vulnerabilities present high risk to EVERSANA and performs ad hoc scanning if necessary.
    • Management of threat detection and prevention technologies
    • Evaluate and perform periodic testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
    • Ensure that EVERSANA has effective tools and processes in place to protect assets from the evolving threat landscape.
    • Manages investigations and forensics for discovered incidents

    EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:

    • Partner with IT stakeholders on Security Architecture, understand system requirements and functionality and implement changes to system against requirements and functional design
    • Accountable for the leadership, development and maintenance of multiple complex and high priority projects
    • Collaborates with IT senior management and key stakeholders to ensure the alignment of infrastructure and systems with company objectives and strategy
    • Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
    • 15% travel or approximately 10 nights per year

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

    • Requires a BA/BS degree
    • 6 or more years of experience in information security
    • 3 or more years of managing individual contributors
    • Knowledge of information security technologies, process and techniques
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC

    The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.

    While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
