    THE POSITION:

    The Product Manager, reporting to the Enterprise Applications team, will direct the usage of the Microsoft Dynamics D365 platform to strengthen the value proposition over time by coming up with and prioritizing the right features, enhancements, upgrades or extensions of the product and owning the development process and roadmap. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features and follow systems development methodologies to deliver an exceptional product.  You will make good software better!     Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:

     

    • Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus among stakeholders to deliver high quality systems and services.
    • Ensure product and feature releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
    • Build use cases and user stories around a product and communicate them effectively.
    • Partner with internal, remote and off-shore development teams to ensure products satisfy user needs as well as wants.
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with external and internal key stakeholders/customers across groups and/or business units to maximize effectiveness and influence.
    • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
    • Produce and review business requirements documents (BRD).
    • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
    • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
    • Create or assist others in writing user documentation, work instructions, and procedures.
    • Ensure adoption of the standardized processes implemented across Eversana business units.
    • Connect with relevant communities inside and outside the company to understand features that will maximize utilization and adoption to get the most value from the product.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness.
    • Receive additional assignments as directed by management.

    EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:

    • Travel (<25%)
    • Hours (40 hours, Monday through Friday with occasional night/weekend deployments)

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

     

    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Project or Product Management or related field.
    • Background in software development and program management is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Agile framework and Systems Development Lifecyle.
    • Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts and processes.
    • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
    • Strong analytical capabilities and experience or capacity to quickly grasp business concepts.
    • Strong problem-solving aptitude.
    • Strong analytical capabilities and experience or capacity to quickly grasp business concepts.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge required; Finance and Operations, as well as Project Accounting Experience a plus.
    • Familiarity in Microsoft Office applications, especially Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
    • Experience at working both independently and collaboratively.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology or like specialty strongly desired.
    • Finance experience a plus.
