    THE POSITION:

    The IT Security Regulatory Compliance Analyst is responsible for the governance, risk, and compliance of EVERSANA’s Information Assets. This rewarding position will help build and implement a compliance framework appropriate for EVERSANA.   The IT Security Regulatory Compliance Analyst will drive the testing and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators for IT.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

    • Define, refine, audit and enforce policies, standards and procedures within IT, partnering with Quality Assurance, Infrastructure and Operations.
    • Participate and coordinate SOC1, SOC2, and HIPAA audits.
    • Perform audit remediation activities to ensure deficiencies are mitigated and proper controls are put in place.
    • Work with leaders to create narratives as management action plans for audit findings.
    • Maintain Audit calendar and track all IT Audit activities.
    • Create and document results of compliance testing and review.
    • Administer Security Awareness Annual & New Hire Training
    • Execute Security Awareness Social Engineering attacks
    • All other duties as assigned

    EXPECTIONS OF THE JOB:

    • Travel (10%)
    • Hours (40 Hours per Week, however during an audit engagement upwards of 45 hours)

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

    • Requires a BA/BS degree
    • 3 or more years of experience in auditing role (Information Technology, Compliance, or Financial)

    Qualifications

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Industry certification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or CEH.
